Isha Nabar is a fashion designer from New York City, United States. She was born and raised in Mumbai, India and is currently employed under Tanya Taylor. Isha has completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship from the Parsons School of Design. She has a deep fashion sensibility and experience about Indian culture that makes her unique in the fashion industry.
During her studies she has done internships with some renowned fashion brands like ‘Ralph Lauren’, ‘Oscar de la Renta’ and ‘Derek Lam’.
Her fashion ideology is to make clothing that is both fashion forward and energy efficient. Isha’s aspiration is to make beautiful, relevant and responsible clothing and become a global voice in the fashion industry.
One of her popular collections “Resonance” where sound’s therapeutic properties are added into cloths to produce meditative sounds which relax, center, and balance the body. Each garment under this collection has a sense of rhythm to physically channel good energy into your body.
